Interim Operations Director
Actors’ Theatre of Grand Rapids is seeking an Interim Operations Director. This is a part time position for a six month term only. Interim staff will report directly to the Actors’ Theatre Board President or her designee.
This position will be responsible for the day to day operational running of theatre including: assisting the Interim Fund Development and Marketing Director in season development, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting and preparation for productions and special events. They will also be expected to attend Board meetings and designated committee meetings as well as special events held by the theatre.
We are seeking someone with a strong financial background, demonstrated organizational and management skills, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be proficient in Quickbooks 2010 and have knowledge of database software, familiarity with Giftworks a plus. Experience working with nonprofit organizations preferred.
