Advance subscriptions are crucial in our efforts to prepare and promote the upcoming season. It’s been a busy summer so far with preparing promotional materials, photo shoots, securing contracts and production staff, writing checks for royalties. Royalties, alone, for the Pulitzer Prize-winning musical we’ll bring you this December will cost us $6,340 (not including scripts and other materials)! To give you an idea of how that factors in to the production costs, that’s 22% of what we can hope to bring in from ticket sales from three weeks of production – payable before the first actor is cast for a role, the first musician picks up an instrument, or the first nail is driven in assembling the set!
From now, through August 15 2012, we are offering an “early bird” discount to encourage you to subscribe early. Renew before 8/15/12 and save $20 off a couple’s subscription (10 tickets – regularly $200). Subscribers receive the following benefits:
